Senior league Promotions and Relegations for 2010/2011

Assuming that all teams currently registered re-register for next season, to fill the leagues from the top down the following is suggested
Premier League currently has Nine teams - The bottom One team will be relegated to Division 1
Divsion 1 currently has Nine teams - The top two teams WILL be promoted to play Premier League (Filling the Prem League) Bottom One team will be relegated to Division 2
Division 2 currently has seven teams - The top Two teams will be promoted to Division 1.(Filling Div 1)
Objective is to fill Prem and Div1 with any vacant positions being in Division 2.
